Cake Flavors: Delicate Yellow, Pure Vanilla, Decadent Chocolate, Light Lemon, Vermont Honey Maple Carrot Cake and Applesauce Spice Cake.
Butter Cream Fillings: Vanilla, Mocha, Lemon, Cream Cheese, Pistachio, Hazelnut, Fruit Curds and a variety of Liqueurs.
Frosting: Butter Cream or Fondant.
Decorations: Sugar Flowers, Sugar Creations, Edible Pearls, Pearlized Scrolls, Sugar Ribbons and Fresh Flowers.
The Sugar Flowers I create are made out of my homemade Sugar Paste. Flowers and leaves are cut, shaped, veined and colored to resemble the original.
